Look at a few of our projects and how we have made a difference.

  • A major energy Utility engaged FulcrumOne to help develop a renewed strong trusting relationship between a large municipality and the Utility. The relationship between the two entities had begun to deteriorate around emergency work performed within the municipality. It was the Utilities desire to put the relationship back on track. FulcrumOne proposed a series of facilitated meetings with parties of both entities where views, concerns and differences could be openly explored. During this series of meetings, it became apparent that there were several nuances not originally anticipated that had caused the relationship to become stressed. FulcrumOne used a conciliation method of engagement and facilitation that involved building a positive relationship between the parties. This method allowed flexibility and limited process constraints to create a relationship that was solid and durable and benefited all parties. The conciliation process moved away from a “win‐lose” process to a communication-‐based process that improved the relationship between the parties to prevent and minimize future conflicts
